Creator - Greg Capullo

Greg Capullo is a highly influential American comic book artist best known for his work on major titles such as Spawn and Batman. Capullo began his career in the late 1980s, gaining early recognition for his work on Marvel’s Quasar and X-Force. However, his tenure as the primary artist on Todd McFarlane’s Spawn from 1993 to 2000 solidified his reputation in the industry. His dark, gritty style perfectly complemented the series' tone, earning him a dedicated fan base.

In 2011, Capullo moved to DC Comics, where he teamed up with writer Scott Snyder for the New 52 relaunch of Batman. Their collaboration resulted in some of the most critically acclaimed story arcs of the decade, including “The Court of Owls,” “Death of the Family,” and “Zero Year.” Capullo’s work on Batman redefined the visual look of the character for a new generation of readers. Beyond his work at DC, Capullo has continued influencing the industry with projects like Dark Nights: Metal and Batman/Spawn.
