Creator - Tyler Crook

Tyler Crook is an American comic book artist, writer, and letterer renowned for his distinctive watercolor art style and storytelling. After over a decade in the video game industry, he transitioned to comics in 2011 with his debut graphic novel, Petrograd, written by Philip Gelatt and published by Oni Press. This work earned him the 2012 Russ Manning Most Promising Newcomer Award. 

Crook’s notable contributions include his work on B.P.R.D.: Hell on Earth, Witchfinder, and The Sixth Gun. He is perhaps best known for co-creating Harrow County with writer Cullen Bunn, a horror series acclaimed for its atmospheric storytelling and evocative artwork, which was nominated for an Eisner Award for Best New Series in 2016. 

In 2019, Crook released The Stone King, a Comixology Original graphic novel nominated for Best Digital Comic at the Eisner Awards. He is currently writing and illustrating his solo series, The Lonesome Hunters, further showcasing his versatility and depth as a storyteller. 

Crook’s work is characterized by his unique art style and his ability to craft compelling narratives, making significant contributions to modern horror comics.
