Unexpected but excellent!

An unexpected but excellent surprise! I hadn't heard of this title or even The Lab as a publisher, but I figured I'd take a chance on it, especially at that sweet $9.99 compact edition price point. And I'm so glad I did! Awesome artwork throughout from a whole host of talented artists with different styles that all work together. The story was also clever, emotional, and funny. A really, really impressive read that has me looking forward to vol. 2 and to other Lab books.
