The lord of evil has such power that he can exploit Norrin Radd's greatest weakness: none other than Shalla-Bal! But will Mephisto succeed in claiming the Surfer's soul? Plus: An uncanny tale of the Watcher! It's one of the all-time great Marvel comic books, boldly re-presented in its original form, ads and all! Reprinting SILVER SURFER (1968) #3.
