Creator - Cliff Chiang

Cliff Chiang is a renowned American comic book artist who is celebrated for his fluid and confident storytelling and sweeping linework. After graduating from Harvard University with a degree in English Literature and Visual Arts, Chiang began his career as an assistant editor at Disney Adventures Magazine and later at Vertigo/DC Comics. He eventually transitioned to freelance illustration, where he made a significant impact with his distinctive artistic style.

Chiang is best known for his work on high-profile titles such as Wonder Woman, Green Arrow/Black Canary, and Human Target for DC Comics. He gained widespread acclaim for his collaboration with writer Brian K. Vaughan on the Eisner Award-winning series Paper Girls, which has been adapted into a series for Prime Video. More recently, Chiang wrote and illustrated the critically acclaimed Catwoman: Lonely City for DC Comics’ Black Label. His contributions to the comic book industry continue to be celebrated for their innovative and visually stunning qualities.
