In Neotopia, a fast-paced tile placement pattern building game, you’re part of a team of Visionaries constructing a futuristic pilot city centered around Energy, Technology, Community, and Sustainable food.
Balance is the cornerstone of Neotopia. It’s fast-paced, easy to learn, and offers high replayability. You’ll be building elements on the city’s three regions to complete feature cards you hold.
A harmonious blend of tile placement and card management can lead to impactful turns, completing multiple cards and expanding the city.
Player interaction is crucial, as all players build on the same board. You can leverage what others have built on their previous turns.
Your goal is to create the most harmonious city possible, as it’s vital for your score. At the game’s end, you’ll score normally for the regions with your two highest scores, but triple the score of your lowest-scoring region. Be mindful! While it’s tempting to focus on developed regions with high scores, neglecting the other regions will hinder your victory. Balance is key in Neotopia, just like the type of future you’re building.
